Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to paid memberships on vicecitynexus.live ("the Site"), operated by Gabriel Fernando Medina ("we", "us"). Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Founding Member memberships. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page using the email address you purchased with, and include the date of the charge. We review requests promptly and issue approved refunds through Stripe.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days after approval.

Cancelling a recurring membership

You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time from Settings → Membership, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — if you also want your money back, request a refund as described above.

Renewals

Your receipt and renewal notices are sent to the email address on your order. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.
