Who you're contracting with

vicecitynexus.live ("the Site", "Vice City Nexus") is operated by Gabriel Fernando Medina, a sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Site or buy a membership, you are entering into an agreement with Gabriel Fernando Medina.

The Site is an unofficial fan companion to Grand Theft Auto VI and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All game names, trademarks, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Site. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement in your country, or that you have your guardian's permission.

What we provide

Vice City Nexus is a research and discovery platform for Grand Theft Auto VI: news and guides, an interactive map and vehicle database, a trailer archive, investigation tools, and an AI Companion. A free "Explorer" tier is available to everyone; a paid "Founding Member" membership unlocks additional tools and early access to features we ship next.

Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
  • No infringing anyone's intellectual property rights.
  • No interfering with security: no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits or technical restrictions.
  • No submitting unlawful, hateful, or harassing content via the AI Companion, investigations, or the contact form.
  • No reverse-engineering, resale, or redistribution of the Site.

AI Companion

The AI Companion and investigation tools are experimental. Outputs may be inaccurate, out of date, or speculative — verify anything important against official Rockstar Games sources. You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you submit, and for how you use the outputs. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and content, and suspend accounts for repeated misuse. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers lose access.

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Site and everything in it that we create — software, original written guides and analysis, branding, and design. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for your personal, non- commercial use, within the plan you've selected. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely so we can run the service for you.

Memberships and payment

Founding Member memberships are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis at the prices shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes as calculated at the time of purchase. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership. Cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor, which also calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's consumer terms.

Order processing and seller of record

Gabriel Fernando Medina is the seller of record for all memberships sold on the Site and is responsible for the service, customer support, cancellations, and refunds. Stripe acts solely as our payment processor. Billing support requests should be sent to us via the contact page.

Service level

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free performance, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a membership, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful we'll warn you first. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Site ends; we'll give you a reasonable window to export your saved data before deleting it, except where we're required to retain it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Gabriel Fernando Medina is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
